The Monal Top trek is a himalayan trek in the Chamoli District of Uttarakhand, India. The trek starts with a 250 km drive from Rishikesh to Wan Village, where trekkers have to stay overnight before beginning the trek early in the morning. The journey involves trekking through oak and rhododendron forests to reach the first campsite at Deli Gate (9,300 ft), followed by a summit day to Monal top (12,099 ft) where trekkers can watch and feel a stunning sunrise and heartful views of the Himalayan peaks.
